Exploring Queens town and surrounding areas
The view is our best memory!
The proximity of the hotel to downtown and view of the lake.
I thought the breakfast was way overpriced for what you got. And it was the worst breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. I don't know about the rest of the meals but I would strongly suggest my friends go elsewhere for breakfast.
The hotel was extremely expensive and not 4* as described, more like 2*. The bathroom was grubby and the decor dated and in need of renovation. Very disappointed.
the check in staff refuse to accept any comments about the quality or lack of it until you upgrade your room. the room we had initially was so small that the door to open the mini bar had to be hinged in half to allow it to open
room was terrible, scruffy run down, loose cables showing, no through ventilation hot, just a pedestal fanto move the air around.Although it was booked as a budget room it was far below what you would expect from an international hotel chain. very very poor
Close to town, good parking, plenty of activities to do nearby, friendly and helpful staff.
The room is very spacious, for the price we paid is great.
The room that we took is on the ground floor, therefore even with a lake view there is nothing much to see.
Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to the town. Will never go wrong by choosing this hotel for your stay in Queenstown.
I liked the location - it was great to be able to walk everywhere. I also liked being able to have a view of Queenstown from our room.
the room i stayed in was more than i had expected it was perfect and the staff were more than helpful they really looked after me and often went out of thier way verry friendly
the only thing that i felt was missing was a gym but besides that i felt the hotel met all my needs and surpased them
The check in staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, they are a credit to to the hotel.
The room was a little on the older side, but quite adequate for our purposes. The lack of air conditioning was the only difficulty, although Queenstown cannot be considered a hot place in summer. However, after being out all day the room was very warm every time, necessitating keeping the windows open.
I liked the hotel because it was close to town, price was resonable nice view and comfortable.
Very good location with easy access to downtown and other attractions. Nice room with balcony and a window like a picture frame on the wall. Very nice view out of window and balcony. Friendly staff at front desk.
Hot breakfast is a disappointment to us, not up to our expectation out of such a good hotel.
The staff were very professional while still being friendly. Being given an upgrade to a room with a view was the icing on the (wedding) cake and a lovely surprise. Breakfast was exceptionally good value and the best we have ever had at a hotel.
It wasn't long enough...not your fault. Next time we will get the kids looked after for 2 nights so we can really enjoy our stay.
